We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class. We always obtain proof of postage, and should a problem arise we are always happy to assist.
Orders to Europe and World Zones 1 & 2 are sent via Royal Mail International Standard (5 to 7 working days delivery aim), which unfortunately does not include a tracking number, but so far (touch wood!) We have never have an international parcel go missing.
Paypal is the easiest and safest form of payment. Even if you don't hold an account you can still pay with a credit or debit card :)

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will happily exchange or refund the item cost and cover the cost of the return postage plus the initial order postage costs if a refund occurs.
If the items ordered are not suitable, again please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to exchange or refund the item cost. *Please note these returns need to be sent to us via a tracked delivery service at the customers cost.
All button orders are sent in glassine bags, wrapped with tissue paper and boxed as standard... Any orders containing fabric will be packaged just as nicely but will be sent via postal bags :)
