I want you to be happy with our products, but if you don't receive what you expected--No problem--Contact me within 7 days of receipt for replacement or refund.
If we made a mistake in the order, we'll refund the shipping or pay for shipping to replace the item only. If we did not do anything wrong, then we still have no problem with a refund or exchange, but we won't refund the shipping.
Any returned items must be in original and resellable condition. This includes commercial packaging that the item was shipped in.
