♥ Each personalized sticker is printed on a high quality laser printer using white HIGH gloss stickers to ensure premium quality. This is not a matte sticker, this is professional grade high gloss.

♥ The labels you receive may have slight color variations from what you see on your computer screen as monitors all vary. If you need a very specific color, please contact me to work out the details.

♥ A proof is usually sent within 24 hours from when your order was placed. Orders are printed and mailed the day after your payment and you approve of the proof (not including weekends).

We ship using US Postal Service Priority Mail or Express Mail services.

Priority Mail is 2-3 business days of ship time. Express Mail is 1-2 days of ship time.

Once your order leaves our facility, we have no control over the post office when it comes to delays in your shipments and cannot be held responsible. We are also not responsible if a notice is left and you do not retrieve your package. Please plan ahead and ship to a location where your package will be received.

Proofs are usually sent for approval within 24 business hours, Once approved, the order ships the next business day.

If you don't receive your proof within 24 business hours, please check your spam box in your email in case it ended up there. If you still don't get it, please email me and I will resend it.

Payments

I accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments. Payment is required at the time of purchase.

You can pay for your items through PayPal WITHOUT having a PayPal account:

All orders within Michigan are subject to 6% sales tax.

You may cancel your order up to the point that the order is designed and before a proof is sent. Cancellations are not accepted after the item has been designed.

Additional return information
NO REFUNDS. Because personalized items cannot be returned, purchases are not refundable. Please make sure to review your proof carefully.

Damaged items will be replaced or refunded.

We are not responsible for items not signed for, picked up for a missed delivery or weather related delays. Please plan ahead and ship to a location where the item may be signed for and received.

* Can you change the colors?
Yes, all items are personalized and custom made orders, feel free to make any change requests at the time of purchase. There is no extra charge for this service.

Most of our personalized items include personalized colors so you can have party supplies to match your school colors or your wedding theme.

* Will I see the order before it is shipped?
Yes, we will send a proof for approval before the order is processed.

* How long will it take to receive my order?
We usually need 2-3 days for processing,

* Can you rush my order?
Yes! Let me know if you need it quickly, and I'll rush your order for you. Please convo me before ordering. I charge a small fee for rush orders.

** Please remember that colors may appear darker or lighter on different monitors, every printer is different, and laser printers print darker than ink jet printers.

Please remember to gather your thoughts regarding your order before placing it, excessive changes due to not being prepared or "trying out colors" will result in additional fees. A reasonable amount of edits is three. Thank you for your understanding.
