Thank you for considering Honey Jumble Vintage for a new vintage treasure. My shop is a mix of vintage pieces from as early as the Art Deco period to more modern times. I collect what I find beautiful and interesting and most importantly things that make me smile. I hope you enjoy your visit and maybe find something “new” to love.

The shipping cost listed for each item is made up of the cost of the shipping box or padded bag, the postage or courier cost and, in the case of parcels requiring peanuts and bubblewrap, up to $1, to help cover their cost. I will endeavour to find a suitable recycled box in my "box room" and when shipping overages above $1 occur, they will always be refunded.

Purchases are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. I will endeavour to have it shipped the next business day if at all possible. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. For express delivery, please email me before purchasing to obtain a quote.

Unless requested otherwise, I plan to ship as follows: Parcels 500g or under by Australia Post (With tracking but no insurance)* * Items like tea towels sent as a large letter will have no tracking or insurance Parcels over 500g and up to 10kg by Mailman** (With tracking but no insurance) Please note Mailman does not deliver to PO Boxes, Postal Lockers or remote islands. **If a buyer needs a parcel to be sent by Australia Post, please email me before purchase and advise postcode to calculate shipping. Australia Post offers "Signature on delivery" at a cost of $2.95. If required please email me before ordering. Mailman has a free "Signature on delivery" option which I will use unless requested otherwise by the buyer.

Honey Jumble Vintage is full of preloved items that date as early as the 1920s. Some are shabby chic and others near new. However they will all have been in someone’s home – on display, stored or used by a family – so they will not be in mint condition. I try to be meticulous in describing and photographing each piece accurately and pointing out both minor and major wear to an item or any manufacturing flaws that are apparent to me. Please take the time to carefully read the listing and examine the photos which form part of the item’s description. If a buyer has any questions, please email me before purchase. I should be able to answer a buyer’s query the same day in most cases.

All my pieces are sold “as is”. However, if a buyer wishes to return an item, I need notification within 7 days of receipt and its return, at the buyer’s cost, within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned to me in the same condition as sent. I will then refund to the buyer the item’s purchase price but not the shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for any loss of value if an item is returned to me damaged. I do not exchange items. I gladly accept cancellations.Request one within 2 hours of purchase. If an order is returned to me as undeliverable, I will notify the buyer of its return and ask for instructions. If, after 7 days, I have not received advice, I will refund the purchase price only and will relist the item for sale.

Most items will have tracking available and I will email the parcel’s tracking number to the buyer so we can both watch its progress. However items such as tea towels sent as a large letter with Australia Post will not have tracking. If a buyer requires registered mail for these items, please advise before ordering. If a buyer requires insurance for an order, please notify me by email before ordering.

If an item is damaged during delivery, the buyer must notify me by email within 2 days of receipt and include photos of the damaged item. I will then refund to the buyer the purchase price of the item and its shipping cost. If I decide to make a claim on the delivery provider, I may ask the buyer for some further information to assist in my claim. I am not responsible for items lost by the carrier. However I will assist the buyer as much as I can.
