I ship via Canada Post using expedited insured, trackable shipping, when possible. In some cases, for international shipments outside the USA, insurance and tracking are unavailable unless a premium is paid. If you are ordering from an international location and would like to ensure your parcel is insured, please convo me about options and what these charges might be.
Items will be shipped ASAP after payment has cleared. Custom dye orders may take up to 2 weeks to ship, depending on the current dye schedule and volume.
Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Please know that with hand-dyed items, items may not be 100% identical to what is shown in photos. There will be variations in tone and lightness from one dye batch to the next with custom-dyed items. Display monitors will also have variations in tone and light density, as well as general actual colour variations.
I try my very best to create your hand-dyed yarns based on the original items shown in the photos, following strict dye recipes and experience. However, they are all one of a kind creations.
I cannot be held responsible for disagreements in regards to colour discrepancies due to screen differences or if the buyer doesn't take all photos of an item into consideration.
There are no returns or refunds accepted on hand-woven or hand-knitted items. Sales of these items are final. Returns for hand-dyed yarns are very limited and at the discretion of the dyer. I do not pay return shipping costs.
If an item is lost in transit and is insured, I will do my best to recover costs and shipping charge and if possible, issue a replacement. If an item is uninsured and lost I cannot be responsible for replacement.
Most of the items I sell require hand-washing in order to preserve quality and to avoid damage, unless otherwise noted. Please be sure to check care instructions. I will not be held responsible for any damage to the product if care instructions are not followed.
GST/HST will be added to Canadian orders according to federal and provincial guidelines.
Duty/Import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
