Garments made with this yarn may be hand washed in cool water with a soap formulate especially for wool, such as Eucalan.
Colors may vary depending on the computer you use. I use a MacBook and hold the yarn up to the screen to make sure the colors are the same. If you use a different computer and you are unsure of the colors, please ask - I would be happy to email you more photos!
Postage is calculated for the weight of the yarn plus the packaging. I'm usually fairly accurate at estimating postage but if I inadvertently overcharge, I refund the extra. Shipping includes delivery confirmation.
On international orders, I am thorough when filling out customs forms and careful to include the exact weights and dollar amounts to get your yarns through customs as quickly as possible.
Item prices and postage charges do not include import duties or taxes. These are the buyers responsibility. Import duties and fees can vary greatly depending on your country. For example, if you live in the UK, the Royal Mail assesses an £8 handling fee as well as 20% VAT on orders over £15. My UK customers may find this link to the Royal Mail useful for clarifying the UK customs and VAT process: www.royalmail.com/personal/help-and-support/Ive-received-a-card-asking-for-a-payment
I accept Paypal, Etsy gift cards and credit cards.

Additional return information
My yarn is guaranteed both for quality and to arrive safely in your hands. It's important to me that you are happy with your yarn. If for any reason you aren't happy with it, let me know so I can make it right. If you want to return or exchange a yarn, I ask that you let me know within a week of receiving the yarn. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
I love to do custom orders! Some of my favorite yarns came from colorways that people requested. I usually have a one to two week turn around time for custom orders, sometimes longer for a very large order. If you would like a custom yarn, send me a convo and let me know.
If you would like a large quantity of yarn and need each skein to match, you will need to order that quantity all at the same time so it can all be dyed at the same time to match. I offer a 15% discount on orders of 200 yards or more of the same colorway.
I ask a 25% deposit for custom orders over 200 yards. Smaller orders under 200 yards are payable upon completion. Please help me keep my shop from being full of custom orders by purchasing your yarn within three days of viewing the completed order.
There is no obligation to purchase a custom order. When a custom yarn is completed, I post it as a reserved listing in my Etsy shop. That gives you a chance to look at it and make sure it's exactly what you had in mind before you purchase it. If it isn't what you had in mind, let me know. I will release the yarn for general sale and, time permitting, I will dye and spin it a second time to see if I can get closer to what you envision.
