This is a vintage sewing pattern, McCall's 3219 from 1972. This plan is for a simple, 3 pattern piece dress with flutter sleeves and bias bound sleeves and neckline.
This patern includes a little booklet on how to bind with bias binding. The booklet, directions and all pattern pieces are present. The pieces have been roughly cut about an inch outside the actual lines, the long part of the skirt is cut off the front and back pieces so it will need to be taped together or pinned carefully.
This is a sweet, easy to sew, timeless classic of a dress.
