By their nature, the vintage and antique items we sell are not new, and will in most cases have been previously used. Handmade items are created using vintage materials. Please expect to see signs of age; these are part of the character of the unique items we sell and should not be considered defects. We will always mention any significant flaws, and any natural wear and tear occurring over time will be openly pictured, with the condition of each item described transparently in the listing.
Please contact us within 48 hours of the item arriving in order to request a return. In all returns cases, postage will not be refunded and the buyer is responsible for return postage. Items must be returned in the same condition as listed, otherwise we may need to reduce the refund, or void it entirely, if the item is damaged.
We package our items very carefully and each item will be rechecked before posting to ensure it is in the same condition as listed. In rare cases of damage occurring in the post, we will require images of the damage before considering a refund.
Postage and packaging prices include our time and packaging costs. We use recycled or recyclable materials where possible.
