1)Processing Upgrade: speeds up the time it takes me to create your order and have it ready to ship. This does not impact the shipping service used.
-Rush Processing*: order is printed and ready to ship within 1 business day of rush fee payment versus regular turnaround time of 3 business days of proof approval
*Cut off for rush processing is 3pm pacific time. Rush fees paid by 3pm pst will ship the following business day. Rush fees paid by cutoff time on a Friday will ship the following Saturday. Rush fees paid on Friday after the cutoff or on Saturday/Sunday (by the 3pm pst cutoff) will ship the follow business day (usually Monday unless Monday is a holiday with no postal service).
PROOFS: Complementary digital proofs are sent for PRINTED/SHIPPED items and items that involve custom colors, unless otherwise noted.
I do not limit number of revisions free of charge BEFORE proof approval. If you request changes AFTER proof approval there will be an additional fee to revise your order (this could include additional printing changes if you requested a printed item).
PRINTED/SHIPPED Items: Proofs are EMAILED to customers using the email attached to your ETSY account within 36-48 hrs of receiving the order & all requested information. The proof email includes the date the item will ship and the deadline to request any corrections. If I do not receive any request for corrections by the deadline your order will be processed as shown in the proof.
DIGITAL/PRINTABLE Items: Proofs are EMAILED to customers using the email attached to your ETSY account within 36-48 hrs of receiving the order & all requested information. Once a proof is sent I will make up to 3 attempts to contact you within 7 days. If you do not request changes to the information you provided I will send the completed file or print/ship the item as you originally requested.
If you don't see an EMAIL in your INBOX or SPAM folder within the designated time please contact me and I will resend it. EMAILS come from Anitria M. With Envy Studios (firstname.lastname@example.org) NOT from ETSY. To avoid emails ending up in spam please feel free to add my info to your email contact list.
INCOMPLETE ORDER INFORMATION: If you do not provide enough information for me to complete a proof I will make at least 2 attempts to contact you regarding your order. If you do not respond I will cancel your order after a month from last attempt at contact. I will issue a refund minus any fees I am charged for canceling the order.

Items are shipped USPS First Class with tracking, unless otherwise noted in the listing. I ship to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your address is correct.
I also offer shipping upgrades. Please be aware that shipping times are estimates provided by the postal services. They are not guaranteed. Please order with plenty of time for your order to be processing, printed and shipped to you.

Returns & exchanges
I strive to make products for you to enjoy. The feedback you provide is vital to my shop's success. I try to be very clear with my shop policies and I am also very open to trying to resolve any issues with you order.
PRINTED/SHIPPED Items: I package and ship your items with care to insure to the best of my abilities that they will arrive in the same condition they left my home. If your package arrives damaged please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the package and I will work with you to remedy the problem. Please retain damaged item and all packaging in the event photos need to be taken or an insurance claim needs to be file.
We will be happy to refund any non-personalized/non-custom items (custom items include custom designs, items with custom fonts or color changes) returned set (minus shipping cost) that remains in new/unused condition. No refunds will be processed after 45 days of order date. Personalized or custom items are not eligible for a refund. If there is a mistake on my part I will work with you to resolve the issue
If an incorrect address is provided we will be happy to send a replacement set to the correct address once new item is purchased & additional shipping cost is paid. Or we can reship original package once it is returned back to us and additional shipping cost is paid.
DIGITAL/PRINTABLE Items: Once work has started on your order I am unable to cancel your order or provide refund. Please make sure you read the listing fully so you understand what you are purchasing.
I provide proofs of your order or I include a sample file picture in the listing (usually listing photo #2).
Due to the personalized/digital nature of the product I do not take returns or exchanges. If there is a mistake on my part I will work with you to resolve the issue

I try my best to accurately represent the colors of the products but due to differences in monitors and printer, items may print lighter or darker than they appear on your screen.
Items are for PERSONAL USE only.
For DIGITAL ORDERS specifically: Once completed orders are sent PLEASE DOWNLOAD & SAVE the files. -I don't save the working files, after the order is completed. I only save the completed PDF file (of JPG file for invites). Those are only saved on my computer for 90 days. -I provide instructions for each item that also include paper recommendations. None of my files are set up to work with specific templates. They are all set up to be printed and cut to size. -Every printer is different and I am not familiar with how every printer works. I will attempt to help troubleshoot issues but its your responsibility to be familiar with your specific printer or consult the manual or website help for specific printer issues. ********************
I test print my color palette and my designs both on my home printer and at 3rd party printers to make sure that the colors will print out nicely. If you are trying to color match an item please contact me prior to purchasing to discuss options.
