Most items can be easily sent in 1 business days. However, some (especially on the larger and/or more fragile items will be sent in 1-3 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include Holidays or days that USPS is not open. If you require extra insurance or signed delivery, or any other special requests on the delivery, please let me know prior to making the purchase as there will be an additional cost for such service(s). Any fees charged for people outside of the USA is the buyer(s) responsibility to research and pay for. Your address is your responsibility. Please make sure that it is correct before confirming your order. Unfortunately, once the shipping label has been created I cannot refund that money. Once the items have been shipped, I cannot refund the money for the items.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I want everyone to be as happy with their purchase as possible. Please contact me first so that we can try to fix the issue. However, If you are dissatisfied with the item after you have received it, you must follow these steps to receive a refund: 1. Contact me before doing these steps! You MAY not have to send the items back. 2. The item(s) must be returned in the condition that they were received (unless a photo is sent for any damaged products). 3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer 4. Returns must be made with a tracking number for shipping 5. Notice of the request to return must be within 2 weeks (14 days) 6. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days. 7. Once the item(s) have been received by me (the seller) a refund will be issued.
I understand that things happen to fragile items. If an item has been ruined from mailing, please contact me and send a photo. Most of the fragile items have been insured. Some can be reproduced and others cannot. If the item cannot be reproduced or another item cannot be agreed upon a refund will be issued.
Refunds will not be issued if you have entered the wrong or incomplete address.
Once an item has been shipped and shipping information has been sent, the order is considered complete. Delayed shipping (that is out of my control) is not my responsibility and I cannot help that.
