All items are sent in either a bubble wrap envelope or a corrugated cardboard box, depending on the size and shape of the order.
All items are shipped within the US by USPS First Class Mail with the option to upgrade to Priority Mail. I will send you a a tracking number once your item has been shipped. Most items are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has been received.
If you would like to add insurance or upgrade domestic shipping to Priority, please message me.
I ship to the address you have on file with Etsy at the time of checkout so please make sure it is accurate. If your package is returned to me because you have listed the wrong address, you will need to pay for the shipping cost to have it re-sent.
International shipping: It is very difficult to predict shipping costs because bead sizes vary so greatly. I have set up a shipping fee per strand but will refund any shipping charges if they exceed the actual cost by $1.00US or more.
I have set rates to several countries but will ship anywhere in the world via First Class Mail International, if it is available. If you do not see your country listed, please message me and I will look into the cost to your particular country.
For all countries: Customs, VAT taxes and duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These are not included in your shipping cost. Please be aware that shipping times to your country can take several weeks. First Class Mail International includes delivery confirmation but tracking is not available once the package enters international waters. If you would like to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail International, which includes indemnity insurance, please message me and I will calculate it.
I accept Paypal and credit card payments through Etsy direct checkout. I also accept Etsy Gift Cards.
I will accept cancellations in the first 24 hours IF the item has not yet been shipped. However, I oftentimes ship the same day an order is placed.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Number one policy: I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for some reason you are not, please contact me within one week of receipt of purchase.
Returns/Exchanges/Refunds are handled on an individual basis. I will allow returns if the items being returned are in the same condition they were in when they were sent to you. For example, they must not be damaged and the beads strands must still be in strands, not cut apart. However, you will only be refunded for the price of the item, not the original shipping cost, and you will be responsible for return shipping.
Once a return has been authorized, your item must be postmarked back to me within 14 business days of receipt and must include a tracking number. Insurance is recommended.
If an item has been damaged due to USPS negligence it is your responsibility to contact the post office and work it out with them.
