Your item will be shipped by REGISTERED mail for ALL COUNTRIES in 1-3 business days of receiving payment for all stocked items. Your made to order items will ship between 5 - 14 days. This depends on how many special made to order items are waiting to be made and the availability of material for special made to order items.
All international orders will normally take between 2-4 weeks for delivery. Usually items will arrive around 2 weeks after shipping in European countries, but please bear in mind that I'm shipping from Thailand and some shipments may be delayed due to Buddhist holidays, customs checks, or other reasons beyond my control.
Other international orders may take up to 5 weeks or more after shipping to the United States due to customs process times in this country.
If your item has not arrived within 4 weeks after shipping of your order, please contact me. I will investigate with our postal service and email you on the current status as soon as possible. Please remember your order is being shipped from Thailand and will take longer than a domestic order.
The buyer is responsible for all customs and duties and any custom charges that may incur.
I will always make every effort to produce, package and ship your item as quickly as possible. I cannot guarantee the delivery time of any item due to different country process procedures. I keep all receipts and proof of shipping documents and kindly ask for your patience with the shipping of your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please NOTE: When product items are made to order, these are special orders not on my listing, they CAN NOT be returned or exchanged, the only exceptions would be if there was a mistake made by me only, example, I made the wrong color.
In addition, please let me know within 48 hours after you receive the item if you are not satisfied with it. I will refund if the item is sent back unused and in original condition. Returning shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. I do not take responsibility for lost/damaged packages that are shipped back to me.
