I work every morning so try my hardest to get all my treasures posted out daily or if not always the next day, if you pay on a Friday afternoon your order will more than likely be shipped on the Monday. If you need anything urgently then please get in touch! I always use Royal Mail, either 1st or 2nd class, if your order is of a high value then I will send by recorded so a signature is needed.
For international orders I will use the Royal Mail Airmail service, which takes 1-3 weeks to deliver depending where you live in the world and your customs procedures, please note I put a value on all international orders for customs and any fees need to be paid by yourself. I do not send with tracking/insurance so if you want this service please let me know as will cost from £9.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us first then we can arrange for return of the items to Beadiful Supplies and issue you with a full refund or exchange once the items have been returned within 7 days of purchase.
We are happy to exchange unwanted items, follow the procedure for returns and include a list of what you would like instead. Please include your email address or telephone number as we may need to contact you to take payment for P&P which is a minimum charge of £1.00 to the UK, heavier or larger packets will cost more.
When returning items we strongly recommend you obtain a proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in the post. Beadiful Supplies does not cover postage costs for unwanted items.
Every effort is made to package all of your items in such a way to ensure that they arrive to you in perfect condition. If you receive a package that has been tampered with and some of your items are spoilt then please contact us and we will send you a pre-paid envelope to return the items to us and we shall re-send those items or issue you a refund.
This does not effect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to amend these delivery terms in compliance with UK & EU law.
