We are more than happy to do custom orders for you.
The outside measurement of frame is: 9 1/2"w x 7 1/2"h and is for a 5 x 7 photo with the opening measuring 6 5/8"w x 4 1/2"h. There is a wall hanger on the back and a kickstand so it can sit on a shelf. We can do this frame Landscape (Horizontal) or Portrait (Vertical), just select when ordering.
I ship using the USPS. Most orders will be mailed Priority so that they can be tracked. Smaller items will be mailed First Class mail to save you money. We are currently shipping within 3 to 5 days. Please send me a message is you need your items faster than that and I will let you know if this is possible or not.
I do ship internationally but any customs fees or import expenses are to be paid for by the buyer. I only pay for USPS Regular shipping. You can upgrade to priority if you would like to at the additional expense listed. Please understand that I can not control how long an item will take to go through Customs. Anything ordered for a special event should be ordered 2 - 3 weeks in advance. I have only had one bad experience with international shipping, therefore I choose to continue to offer this service to my customers.
We accept Etsy Gift cards, PayPal and Credit Cards. There is no cancellation on personalized items once they are ordered. I usually ship within 2 or 3 days even though my shipping states 3 to 5 days so there normally is not time to cancel any order at all.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We stand behind our product 100% We want you to be happy with your purchase and will quickly solve any type of problem you might encounter. Any damaged item will be replaced asap if possible or your $$$$ will be refunded as soon as proof of damage has been received. I ship almost 100% USPS Priority so there is almost always insurance on the item. I would require your help in filing a claim by you supplying me with photos of the damage.
Please note that there are no refunds on personalized items unless I made a mistake on the personalization or if the item is damaged. In most cases a replacement will be shipped out same day if the item available.
