Each skein is approximately 1.5 lbs, 5 - 6 inches tall and varies slightly in length.

The pictures and descriptions above are provided to describe the colors and sizes. However, there may be times when the color in the picture does not exactly match the color in stock.

Please note: Although rare, some skeins may include slight imperfections such as seams or places where the yarn has been connected together due to the up-cycled nature of the t-shirt yarn. While this is part of the character of the t-shirt yarn, these rare imperfections can be hidden during knitting.

Please make sure your address is correct when ordering. All orders will be shipped to the address you provide to Etsy.

T-Shirt Yarn Boutique ships using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier to accommodate particular orders. I will do my best to get your item out to you quickly once payment is confirmed.

You may pay using your credit card of choice, or if you prefer, PayPal. If you choose to pay through PayPal, you do not need a PayPal-issued charge card to pay, nor do you need a PayPal account. Returns & exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase so if there is an issue, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt so that I can have the opportunity to work with you to make things right.

T-Shirt Yarn Boutique will offer you a full refund of the purchase price - minus shipping - if you send the item back within 10 calendar days of receipt (after contacting me first). Once I check the returned item and confirm that is in the same condition as it was sent (new), I will issue the refund. If you receive an item that is damaged, please let me know immediately.

Please note that due to the shipping costs associated with the size and weight of the items, I am not able to refund the shipping/return shipping costs.

As mentioned above, pictures are taken in a way to best illustrate what the item looks like in real life; however, the color may look different depending on your monitor settings and lighting. Additionally, the different spools of T-Shirt Yarn may not all come in the same thicknesses and stretchiness. Due to this, I am unable to accept refunds for the item looking or feeling slightly differently in real life than it does on the computer screen (for example, it looks or says brown on the item page, but in real life it's more of a rust color or it's thicker than it seemed on screen). I am super glad to help describe or even send you more pictures of the item before you purchase it, so please contact me through the Etsy Conversation system if you have any questions. :)
