A lovely scroll work buckle perfect for jewelry making or crafts. This vintage buckle has intricate vines swirling in an elegant design. The back has a raised bar and could be put on a ribbon or used as a jewelry supply for making Victorian style jewelry or as a purse decoration or crafting supply.
