All orders, unless upgraded, have a 0-3 day processing time. It is then primarily shipped out via USPS FIRST CLASS. USPS FIRST CLASS usually takes 2-7 days, but may take longer. Upgrade to USPS PRIORITY for a much faster shipping and a $100 insurance!
International customers are responsible for all custom charges. International shipping time is unpredictable.
ATTENTION: We are aware that the shipping may appear high with a large purchase, but please understand that the shipping price is part of cost of the item. We charge $0.25 for each additional item, which can add up, because that is the fee ETSY charges us for each item sold ($0.20 plus 3.5%) so it is just an easier way for us to price the items! We could have raised the price of each item by $0.25 instead but it was just easier to do it this way! Thank you for your understanding and thank you for reading this!

--Q) Custom orders? --A) Yes, we are able to do most custom orders. We manufacture most of our beads, chain and necklaces in our shop, so anything is possible with us. In the past, we have helped many designers and retailers get their items or materials made. We are experience and have the resource to make majority of the finished and unfinished goods in this industry. Please keep in mind, custom orders have a high volume. Volumes are usually 50-1000 units per order. Lead time is usually at a minimum of 14 days. We won't know until you inquire with us, so please inquire with us if you need help in this area.
Can we shop in person? Yes, aside from our etsy store, we have two physical stores. Please inquire with us for address and store hours.
