Use with icing sugar, edible dusts, paints, glitter, royal icing or use as an embosser onto your sugarpaste or fondant cakes, cookies cupcakes or even your coffee! The uses for the stencils are really vast! A great tool for a cake decorators box of tricks!
Royal Icing- Place the stencil onto your cake or rolled out paste. You can use a small amount of royal icing to keep the stencil in place if you need to. Using a spatula or a palette knife, spread the icing over the stencil. Then simply pull the stencil away.
Lustre Dusts and glitters- Place your stencil on your creation (cookies, cake, cupcakes etc). Place some edible glue or white vegetable fat over the stencil (this will act as the adhesive for the dust or glitter). Sprinkle the glitter over or use a brush and dust the powder. Wait for a few moments to allow to set and then leave off!.
Chocolate- Use melted chocolate and spread over the stencil. Make sure your chocolate isn't too hot!
Airbrush- Secure the stencil onto the surface and then use your airbrush evenly over the surface! Gently lift off!
Icing Sugar or Cocoa Powder- Place the stencil onto the desired surface (cake, cup, cupcake). Lightly sprinkle the powder! Don't over do it!!
