I ship first class or parcel post whichever is allowable and cheapest, we will bump up to priority occasionally, if its just a little bit more but if you specifically want regular priority - I now offer priority mail upgrades inside the US - so just select the priority upgrade This is for regular priority mail inside the US and includes a limited amount of insurance and tracking. If you would like insurance or tracking on regular non-priority shipments, or if you would like insurance for a larger purchase, please let me know and I can make a special listing that includes the cost of these services if applicable.
If you want express mail or expedited international shipping, please let me know and I can give you a special listing or add on invoice.
SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING - while I pride myself in super fast processing and shipping, my volume has increased to an extent that orders can currently take somewhere between 7-14 days for packing now because there are always orders waiting to be packed and postal shipping time will be on top of that . Please always keep in mind this is a working ranch with many animals to care for and I am the work part of it--so issues come up and the animals are my number one priority. I also attend some fiber fairs and festivals and other wool and fiber related venues so this keeps me hopping all the time, regardless I work as many hours as possible each day and seven days a week to get orders out as fast as I can.
Please rest assured that I will get your orders out as fast as physically possible, but during sales and at peak times, the demand is so high that it is impossible to get everything done same or next day now as in the olden days, so there is a wait as explained above.
Please be patient and allow additional time for international shipments, and don't' forget that your items have to get thru customs as well - this takes extra time on top of shipping and there is no time limit on customs processing in each country - they can take as long as they want to.
Also postal delivery has been EXTREMELY slow in the US the last few years - so allow extra time - also tracking is not always updated in a timely manner so don't rely on it.
We accept Paypal and US Postal Service Money Orders Only. No other brand of money orders will be accepted since my bank will no longer take them.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
All sales final - no refunds. Some returns on regular stock items may be allowed on a case by case basis for store credit or exchange only at the discretion of seller if notification is received within 7 days of receipt and they are received returned in new and untouched condition. All allowed and approved returns will incur a 25% restock charge or the actual charges whichever is greater for the merchant processing fees and credit card fees as well as etsy charges on the transaction and these fees will be deducted from store credit. Shipping both ways is the responsibility of buyer and will not be refunded or credited.
Absolutely no refunds or exchanges or store credit on custom orders or made to order items.
All shipping charges, taxes and fees including all international fees, vat tax or other state, local, city, county, region or country taxes, as well as custom charges, surcharges or fees that are a part of each individual country's postal system are the responsibility of the buyer.
Seller is not responsible for damage or lost items in the mail. If you wish to purchase insurance to safeguard your purchase in transit, please let me know and I will bill you separately for insurance coverage, if you have chosen priority mail upgrades, a limited amount of insurance is included, but if you want your entire purchase covered and its a large amount, please inquire about additional insurance. In the case of damage, all packaging must be retained by the buyer until inspected by the post office and the insurance claim is complete. FYI - Damaged goods in which insurance is claimed are seized by the post office at time of claim and package inspection and they are not returned, unless it is determined that the insurance does not cover the item/s.
