Handyed, handspun Mohair yarn. This bulky art yarn is spun from Mohair locks spun onto a commercial core yarn. Two singles are plyed together to make a strong bulky yarn. The Mohair locks are from a fleece grown by an Angora goat named Dallas, who lives on a small farm in rural Northamptonshire.
The yarn is made from two corespun singles, plied together to produce a strong, lightweight yarn. It averages 6wpi (wraps per inch), as thickness varies slightly.
It is sold in one skein:

The Mohair locks were dyed in a mixed colour dye bath. They were then spun as a mixed colour yarn.
