I ship via the US Postal Service and my US rates are based on First Class postage. If you prefer Priority Mail please let me know PRIOR to making payment so that I can calculate the new cost send you a revised invoice.
I have NO control over the USPS handling of ANY package once it has been shipped. I do not take responsibility for missing items, late arrivals or damage during shipping caused by the USPS. I strongly recommend that you choose to have your package insured in case of damage or loss by the USPS, or at least to use tracking. If you choose to insure please indicate this in the notes on your purchase (along with the amount you would like your item insured for) and I will recalculate your final amount and send a revised invoice.
I do not ship internationally anymore. I apologize but issues with customs fees and other shipping costs have caused me to have to stop shipping outside of the United States.

Payment must be received by the end of the third day following your purchase from my shop (in accordance with etsy policy). If you have changed your mind on a purchase prior to paying PLEASE convo me immediately to let me know so the item can be relisted and fees taken care of properly.
Any items NOT paid for within 3 days will be relisted and the sale cancelled.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I package all my items quite carefully. Three dimensional ACEOs, shadowboxes and other three dimensional art are carefully wrapped in tissue paper, mulitple layers of bubble wrap and packing peanuts as needed and put into sturdy cardboard boxes. Jewelry is placed in small boxes and padded so that nothing rattles. The small boxes are then wrapped in bubble wrap and placed into padded envelopes or small shipping boxes. However, I still recommend that buyers purchase insurance on more fragile items (especially those in shadowbox frames).
If an item arrives damaged or broken I will repair it if I can. If you have requested insurance I will file a claim with the USPS and will apply that towards return shipping and cost of materials. The remainder will be sent to you when your item is returned. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to me.
If the item is insured and you opt not to have it repaired the insurance amount will be due to you.
If you have not opted for insurance I am willing to repair items damaged in shipping but you will be responsible for all pertinent costs (shipping, materials, etc).
I am trade friendly (providing I find something I'd like to trade for) so if you see anything that you'd like to work out a trade on (in either of my shops, http://figments.etsy.com or http://eclecticmiscellany.etsy.com), just convo me and let me know. I don't accept every trade request and often will not trade for jewelry, but if you have something in your shop that appeals to me, I will certainly consider making a trade.
