We cannot refund or re-send a duplicate order under any circumstances. * Priority Mail is insured. If a USPS Priority package is lost, let us know ASAP. This cannot be overstated... once your package leaves our hands and is placed into the hands of the mail carrier, we have absolutely NO control over it. We don't have any more or additional information than you have. Our Commercial-Grade Printable Heat Transfer Vinyl is different than solid color craft-grade HTV you may be used to working with. A couple KEY things to remember: 1) You **MUST** use transfer mask (also called transfer tape) with this type of HTV. No getting around it. But trans mask IS reusable, so save the backer it comes on for later use.
