Embark into a new epic build! All the parts of this model have been modeled with custom supports in order to reduce seamlines, making this helmet almost perfectly smooth straight out the printer!
Parts feature alignments and guides for assembly, so you just have to use some epoxy glue to make the whole thing a solid single piece. The model features pockets for LEDs and magnets too, to use in order to open and close the helmet easily and to switch between different visors. The set also includes a mold file for heat-shaping the visor and a vector template for cutting the clear parts out of a plastic sheet.

This build requires the following neodimium magnets:
14 discs of 8mm diameter 2mm height
8 rectangles of 5x10x3mm
8 rectangles of 20x10x5mm

The LEDs should fit within a cylindrical shape of approximately 6mm diameter x 9mm height.

This article is composed of a series of 3D .stl files that can be printed with a 3D printer into a real object.

These files are wearable: the model has been designed and scaled thinking of it as a costume, in order to attain the best wearability possible while keeping the best proportions and the most captivating look.
These files can still be edited in order to rescale them or modify the design to fit your needs!

However you can still share and sell the result of your work with these files in the shape of the manifactured real object derived from the templates.
