5 1/2" diameter, 3 1/2" tall.
This item's creation started millions of years ago when fine sediment collected and formed deposits of the clay now being mined and reformulated for use in pottery. With a little careful crafting, this sloppy substance takes form in my hands and on the potter's wheel. The best of those forms are brought to 1046 degrees Celsius in a kiln, where they vitrify and become ready to accept glaze. This glaze essentially becomes a glass coating on the piece when it is again fired to 1177 degrees Celsius, further toughening the body and leaving it smooth, colorful, and easy to clean.
Microwave and food safe.
