I used to work a lot for a group of high end Interior Designers. Occasionally they would eliminate their backlog of designer samples and leftover fabrics from jobs. Sometimes these leftover pieces had yards of fabric. I have decorated two different houses with these fabrics and I can tell you they are very, very nice for this kind of project. This is a nice piece of yellow gingham style upholstery drapery weight fabric. It has a raised thread going through it that gives it texture and it is very nice. This piece of fabric is large enough for a big project....window treatments, upholstery....ect. It is 26.5 inches wide and 8 Yards and 27 inches long. I would guess at the time this was fabric that retailed for $20-25. This fabric feels like a nice medium drapery weight cotton. Many of my fabrics on this site came from this same source...they have been stored in a cedar chest for twenty years or so.
