On occasion, packages are lost or stolen in transit. We cannot be liable for packages once they have been delivered to the carrier. Oh no! We're very sorry! Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and let us know the item(s) that was missing and/or damaged. We will need a picture of the damaged item as well as the packaging so we can arrange for a replacement or refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All USPS First Class mail typically delivered within 2 to 7 business days. However, there can sometimes be unforeseen circumstances (issues with USPS or customs) that will delay the delivery.

Canadian Orders All Canadian orders will be shipped via Canada Post standard mail. Please allow 5-10 business days for your package to arrive. Tracking is not available. US Orders All US orders will be shipped via USPS first class mail every Mondays and Thursdays, which takes approximately 2-7 business days for your package to arrive. Tracking information will be emailed to you. For US Priority Mail, please allow 2-3 business days for your package to arrive. Tracking information will be emailed to you.
