I've looked for 2 years to find a 3mm turquoise cabochon to replace the Kingman stones that are no longer cut. This February at the Tucson Gem show I found these and think they are very nice quality...the best cut I have ever seen, and I decided to give them a try. The downside is the price, as they are more expensive than those I used to carry. The situation requires that I take action or do without, so here they are...Beautiful, high quality stone cut in very uniform height and width...they will not require that you trim the stone to fit into bezel cups and you can find pairs easily, even though there is variation within the parcel. There are 10 stones in the parcel and I do have more...I won't be taking photos of each set of 10 that I send out, but I promise the quality will be equal to the items in the photos.
These stones have no "facets" or high side ridges to deal with. You will need to use a little shim under the stone if you're using bezel cups (to show the stone most completely). I'm sure the stones are treated, though the dealer said they aren't. These are not from the USA, but cut in India...without child labor.
I normally ship within 24 hours of your order. It is easiest for me to send jewelry items through the post office...The same applies for most of my work, since it is seldom so heavy as to merit going to UPS or FED-EX. I share the cost of sending jewelry items with my customer. If it is a large item or supplies, I charge what I think it will cost to ship. Combining items always saves on cost of shipping, as we all know.
Paypal or Direct Checkout are the best payment methods for myself and my customer. They both accept credit cards and make it possible for me to send your item immediately. If you need to send a check or money order, I will send the item as soon as it is cleared. If you need to cancel an order, do it immediately, please!

Additional return information
If the item arrives damaged or it doesn't arrive...please let me know and we will get your purchase to you. I will have sent it, rest assured. If you feel I misrepresented an item, we will work it out or get you a refund. Customized pieces will be dealt with on a piece by piece basis, but if a name is on it a refund is doubtful!
