It measures 71 inches when fully extended.

This piece is made of wood with metal.
While it is authentically aged from years of use, it is still in great physical condition.
Most of all the wear is cosmetic.

Keep in mind, these items are vintage, and coming across one in the first place is a one-in-a-million chance. I do have a lot of inventory queued up to be listed, so feel free to send me a message asking anyways- I just may have another not posted in my shop yet. As for pinback buttons, pocket mirrors, and magnets, similar ones can be made, but exact ones cannot.

I can ship to mostly any country. I don't usually add international shipping to every listing because prices will vary greatly country to country. Just send me a message and I'll reply back with a shipping quote and a newly edited listing including shipping to your country. And I say "most" countries because there are a few places I wouldn't be able to ship to.

As of January 2018, USPS raised all of its prices. I've had to alter my shipping costs accordingly. I live in eastern Pennsylvania. I cannot lower the shipping costs, although I do refund overages of $1.95 or more (unless otherwise mentioned in the listing). It costs about $12 to ship a package weighing 1 to 2 pounds from Pennsylvania to California. I do combine shipping. It will automatically do so for you in the cart. All books & records are shipped Media Mail to keep costs down. If you'd like it shipped differently, please contact me prior to purchasing so I can get you a quote. In order to also keep shipping costs to a minimum, I ship in recycled boxes and with recycled packing supplies- it's good for our wallets and the planet.

I ship using USPS. I will ship an item within one to three business days of the payment being confirmed.

Tracking is included with every purchase.

Books and records are shipped via USPS Media Mail. Media Mail can sometimes take over a week for delivery, especially during busy shipping seasons. If you need an order that will be shipped via Media Mail soon, let me know prior to check out and I can upgrade your shipping.

Some furniture and other large items can/will be shipped via UPS. These items will not have an accurate shipping price in the listing as it will vary greatly by where you live. It will be stated in the listing if you need a shipping quote before checking out.

Feel free to ask for additional insurance, or faster shipping at an extra cost. PLEASE do not purchase an item and then ask for expedited shipping, or to have it by a quickly approaching date.
I cannot guarantee any specific delivery date.

Ask about shipping outside of the United States. I can ship mostly anywhere. Please keep in mind that international shipping can be slow or delayed in some instances, like around holidays, and especially with heightened customs security.
Shipping 1-3 ounce packages internationally can be shipped with just stamps. This method is less expensive, but there is no tracking number or delivery date estimate/guarantee.

I am not responsible for any fees or taxes your local post office may charge for orders shipped domestic or international. I will not mark any international order as a gift.

Once an order leaves my hands and enters those of USPS, I have no control over how fast, in what shape, how it is delivered, etc. I try my best to use the fastest, yet most cost efficient, shipping method. I also package every item with care as to avoid anything from breaking.
In the event of items damaged during shipping, please contact me. I may not provide a refund until after we settle it with the post office. I ship most items USPS Priority Mail, which includes up to $100 worth of insurance. Some items I will include insurance regardless of shipping method (it will be mentioned within the listing details). In order to file a USPS claim, you need to save the packaging, box, and of course, the damaged item. Taking photos is the best way to document this.
Failure to assist in the claim process (not providing photos, disposing of the item, etc.) may lead to the rejection of a full refund.
Please note that USPS may request the damaged item in order to process the refund. Failure to turn the item over to USPS will also result in a rejection of refund.

If "delivered" orders are missing from your mailbox, please first contact your local post office. They will have more information readily available than I will. All USPS scanners now have GPS, so they know exactly where the last scan was.


Payments

As an Etsy seller, I accept methods of payment via Etsy's direct payment method, Etsy Payments. This allows you to use credit cards, Apple Pay, Android Pay, and other payment options.

I will always accept PayPal. PayPal also accepts payments with a credit card through a PayPal account. PayPal is free to set up and is the most secure way to purchase things online.

I do no accept checks or money orders. Due to too many issues regarding this payment method, I no longer accept it. I apologize for any inconvenience, but I cannot make any exceptions.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
You have three days after delivery to tell me of any issues with your orders. After three days all requests for a refund or return will be denied.
If for any reason you are not happy with your item, contact me as soon as possible. I handle returns on a case-to-case basis.

For accepted returns, items MUST be sent back within seven days of delivery or the return will be revoked. Items shipped after the seven day period will be returned to the buyer and no refund will be given.

Items MUST be received back in the condition received. If not, refunds may be denied or only partially given.
I will not accept items that were unused/in original packing for return. Opened and used items will not be returned for any reason.

If I suspect an item is being used for a one-time event and then is being returned, the return will be rejected.

***Please note: leaving a review means the transaction is closed and you will not be eligible for a refund. If you are unhappy with a transaction, please contact me before posting a review. Leaving a review will finalize and close the transaction.

I do not refund shipping costs, nor do I pay for return postage.
I will only refund for orders lost in the mail if the tracking number does not say delivered and if it is one month after the shipping date. Each order comes with a tracking number, so all of this information is readily available.

I WILL NOT refund an order if you say you do not receive an item, but tracking says it has been delivered. It may have been delivered to a neighbor by mistake or still on the truck, yet to be delivered. I hold no responsibility whatsoever for delivered orders disappearing.

I do not do returns on clothing, hats and other accessories, or shoes for any reason, even sizing issues. I try my best to convey the exact size. Feel free to send me any addition questions about sizing.

Custom and personalized orders are not eligible for returns.

Items on sale and clearance are NOT eligible for return. All sale and clearance items are final sale.

Orders will not be eligible for cancellation 6 hours after the order is placed.

VINYL RECORD GUARUNTEE
If you receive an untested record and for whatever reason it does not play, please send me a message and a video of the record playing. If there is a serious issue, you will be refunded either partially or fully. Vinyl record refunds are handled case-to-case.

The BEST way to contact me is through Etsy, not my e-mail. I have had issues in the past where messages have been sent to spam.

I try my best to accurately represent each item. Please keep in mind that colors may vary in photos due to differences in computer screen resolution, coloring, brightness, etc.
