Items will be shipped to pay-pal address when paid via unless I am notified.
I ship to the address that has been provided by you (the buyer) at checkout. Please make sure it is the correct address before submitting your order. An order sent to the wrong address as a result of buyer oversight is the buyer's responsibility. If in the event an order is returned to me as a result of an incorrect shipping address, an additional shipping charge will be required of the buyer to re-ship the order.
If a package is returned due to undelivered or not picked up at postal outlet and is sent back a re-ship fee will be required or a refund of the item minus shipping cost will be issued.
I am into recycling clean boxes so don't be surprised what your item is shipped in.
Please be assured everything is securely packaged.

If your item arrives damaged please contact me within 48 hours of delivery! Photo's must be submitted to me to show proof of damage as per Canada post insurance policy requires to submit claim!
