I usually ship my USA orders priority mail (unless noted in the listing) with insurance and a tracking number. For International orders: I do not know, nor can be responsible for, any fees, taxes, etc. that your country charges. (I am in the USA, we don't have a import tax) International orders are usually shipped first class with tracking numbers. I pack all items carefully and ship quickly.
I accept all credit and debit cards via Etsy, as well as paypal.
Returns & exchanges

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
My products are very true to photos and of great quality, so while returns are very rare, I want you to be completely satisfied and will except returns if you have let me know within 3 days of delivery. After I receive the items back I will refund the item amount (not the shipping costs) if it is sent back to me within 7 days of delivery. (sorry I have to limit the time, I had a bad experience where my items were used for a wedding, photos, etc. and then returned) I cannot refund custom orders as they are labor intensive and have made them specifically for you.
I NEVER share your shipping information or address, and have no access to your payment information, so that info. is safe with Etsy.
