Our items ship by first class or priority mail (depending on the weight of the item.) All items with less than $5 shipping costs will be shipped first class. If you would like a shipping upgrade to priority or express mail I would be happy to adjust your invoice after purchasing.
We only charge our actual shipping costs and are always happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases upon request. (Please contact us after your purchase for an exact combined shipping total to your location and we will send you a revised invoice.)
We can not be responsible for items once they have shipped so, if this is a concern for you, we are happy to offer insurance on your purchase for a small, additional fee. (Usually around $2 for shipments within the United States.)
We accept paypal, credit cards through the Etsy payment system or paypal and Etsy gift cards. Payments must be made at time of purchase.
Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds are only excepted if the item is not as described. The buyer must contact us prior to returning the item and the item must be returned in new condition within three days of being received by the buyer. There is a fee of 20% of the total purchase and shipping price for all refunds and cancellations
