This yarn is hand dyed by Malabrigo in Uruguay, using the power of the sun to heat the water tanks to dye the fiber. The company employs environmentally safe practices using as little water and as few chemicals as possible. They employ mostly women of all ages, and always tries to give job opportunities to people that have fewer opportunities than the average. made with 100% Uruguayan Merino wool. Uruguay has one of the biggest wool supplies in the world, and a very, very good wool with regards to softness. The wool is 100% produced by uruguayan farms that allow their sheep to go free-range through the hills and are herded by actual old-style shepherds. The controversial practice of mulesing does not exist in Uruguay. A happy sheep makes the best wool! All of the colorants also meet Oeko-Tex and 1907/2006 CE standards, which means none of the prohibited chemicals are used to produce the colours.

*When will l receive my order?
If you are in the UK we generally send our parcels 2nd class if you've had a shipping notice it should take 2-3 working days, if it hasn't arrived within a week
If we have sent you a notification of shipping and you are an international customer we use standard airmail (unless you've upgraded) Delivery to Europe in 3 to 5 working days Delivery to the rest of the world in 5 to 7 working days We find that it some packages can take up to 30 days to be delivered, this doesn't happen very often thankfully! We have to allow 30 days for Royal Mail to officially say the parcel is lost so please be patient and let me know after 30 days of shipping if it still hasn't arrived.
*Can I get my my dreads wet? & Are they washable? Yes they're fully washable, I recommend washing them in an eco friendly shampoo (without the harsh foaming agents) In the UK we use Urtekram brand. Do make sure that you thoroughly rinse them as any soap suds left in the dreads could rot the fibers. To dry them I wouldn't use a hairdryer but let them dry naturally within 24 hours, by sitting in a warm room. If they are cared for they can be washed and re-installed as many times as you like.
* Can you offer wholesale Yes we can, please message us your requirements.
* Can you tell me the exact length? (clip in dreads) No. This is because each dread is hand made and when we felt them we have no idea of how the wool will shrink during this process, that's why we give approx sizes.
* How do I install your dreads? We are currently making our own videos of how to install the double and single ended dreads but for now here's a couple of good videos on youtube..... How to install double ended dreads - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ca0ECeC2KJ8 How to install single ended dreads - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mBxlrp-z-dI
*How many dreads do I get? It depends which dreads you are referring to, please check the description on the listing first, it should say on there, if you're still not sure then send us a link to the product you mean in your message.
*Can I get my order by the date I need them? We will always try our best to get your dreads to you by a certain date and we will say if we don't think it realistic. If you want them for a certain date please let us know asap. Please note though that once we've shipped them we have no control over how long the shipping company will take to deliver them, so please don't get moody with us if they don't arrive with you in time for that festival your going to.
