Orders Process and Ship Monday thru Friday. Most Orders ship next day. We offer affordable shipping options which include upgrades to Priority shipping. Some items may not be able to ship to PO Box addresses. We only ship to the address supplied by Etsy.
Once you submit payment for an order, we start processing it immediately. If you need to cancel and order please contact us within 2 hours of ordering, after 2 hours we may not be able to cancel.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

14 Days Return Policy Our Return Policy: It's really simple.
If you are not happy with something you bought, we'll take it back as long as it is within 14 days of when you got it and it is not a special ordered item.
If you opened it or damaged the packaging, we'll still take it back but we'll charge a 25% re-stocking fee. If it's brand new and unopened, we'll give you a full refund. The only times we don't accept a return is if it is used or damaged by you or if the product is returned incomplete.
