YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS: Make sure you have updated your shipping address in the etsy system if you have moved. It is up to the buyer to provide etsy sellers with accurate shipping addresses. If a buyer has not updated their address after a move and the item is returned to me as seller, the buyer will pay additional shipping charges to get the item to their current location. I will not be responsible for confirming sellers addresses.
SHIPPING METHOD: Shipping is mostly through USPS but I use Fed Ex Ground for large or very heavy items to save you money. Once your payment is completed, orders are usually shipped out within 24 hours. I will hold an order back from shipment upon request.
SHIPPING TIMES: Weekday orders are almost without exception mailed within 24 hours unless the shop is on vacation, we are experiencing technical problems with the internet, or your item needs a custom crafted box for safe shipping.
All orders received and paid after 12:00 noon on Friday MAY ship on Saturday but most likely will NOT ship until the following Monday. Please remember USPS does not ship on federal holidays.
SHIPPING NOTIFICATION: Buyers always receive an email notification of shipment along with tracking information.
COMBINED SHIPPING: I am VERY happy to combine shipping on orders and do my best to accurately quote shipping but will always refund any overages greater than $2.00.
PACKAGING: I use recycled boxes and packaging materials whenever possible but nothing that would compromise the safety of your purchase. Fragile items such as glass or china are doubly protected and most often, double boxed. I do not purchase styrofoam peanuts but may recycle peanuts that are shipped to us.
INSURANCE: I purchase insurance when I think the situation calls for it. If you want to add insurance to your item, you need to initiate this option through the "convo" section before purchase.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION: Because Paypal offers tracking, I rarely purchase delivery confirmations.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I quote some international shipping so if you don't see your country listed, please convo me for an estimate.
REFUNDS IN THE US: If you purchase an item and it is damaged during shipping, I will refund your purchase but if it was mailed through USPS, it is dependent upon your following the USPS guidelines. This is the process:
1) Save all the packaging and photograph 2) Photograph the damage 3) Send me the photographic proof of the above 4) I will immediately refund your purchase in full
I accept Paypal. Please note that even If you don't have a Paypal account, you can still use your credit card to make a purchase through Paypal.
COUPONS: Any coupon offers from my shop MUST be entered BY THE BUYER at checkout not after the fact. I can not reimburse buyers for discounts after the purchase because I am charged a % by paypal so this is not fair to the seller. If you want the discount, enter it when you make your purchase. Thank you.
RESERVED LISTINGS: Once a reserve listing is posted, payment must be made within 48 hours.

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so please ask questions before you purchase the item. I do not offer refunds or exchanges for vintage or antique items unless I have somehow misrepresented the item. I am happy to ship Internationally. For items that qualify First Class, I will not be held responsible once the item arrives at customs because First Class tracking is limited internationally. Therefore, I recommend priority shipping for international buyers due to more detailed tracking information. When you ask me for a quote, you may specify your preference.
