PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ADDRESS - I cannot be responsible for delays or "returned to sender" items if the address is wrong. I will work with you to get your item back to you once we have corrected any problem with the address. I strive to fill orders ASAP - However, during the peak season, October through January, please check the estimated shipment times as I get very busy and it can take up to 2 weeks for some items.
Personalized items and Custom orders will be shipped in the order in which they are received. I strive to get orders out ASAP and the normal times are 5 days - 2 weeks depending on how many orders I have at the time. Please check with me if you need a more definite time frame.
Your orders are shipped via 1st Class mail, unless you upgrade to Priority or Express mail. You will automatically be sent a tracking number from Etsy when the item is shipped. For U. S. customers First Class Mail has an estimated delivery time of 2 - 5 business days from the day of shipment - Priority Mail has a 1 - 3 days after shipment - and Express Mail is usually next day, occasionally 2 day after shipment. Please send me your zip code and I will check with USPS for the expected delivery time. Upgrading the shipping DOES NOT make your order a RUSH order, it will be a few days to 2 weeks before it ships. Please contact me if you are needing your item by a certain date so that we can work together to reach that goal.
To keep shipping costs affordable most items are not shipped with insurance. If you wish insurance on your item please contact me and I will adjust shipping costs to reflect the cost of the insurance.
INTERNATIONAL customers are responsible for any fee that their country may impose on items purchased. I have no control nor the ability of checking on an item once it goes through the US customs port. I will work with you in anyway that I can if you do not receive your item - first check with your Postal office to see if it is being held for payment of a duty fee. Before I will replace or refund your money there is a 45 day waiting period as many times the package will be delivered or returned to me.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund of the purchase price within 5 days of delivery of your package. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. After 10 days for U. S. customers and 45 days for International customers, if there is a problem of damaged goods or goods not received I will make every effort possible to refund or replace the item. ALL CUSTOM and PERSONALIZED items my not be returned or replaced unless I made the mistake. All shipments will include a delivery confirmation number which should minimize the possibility of lost shipments.
