We don't always catch over charges on shipping, so please 1) ask for a custom listing or 2) let us know if you paid too much!

Orders usually ship same day or next business day via USPS. We pride ourselves on FAST shipping.
Domestic orders weighing less than 13 ounces are shipped USPS First Class and heavier purchases ship via USPS Priority. All orders are packaged in sturdy envelopes or boxes with delivery confirmation on domestic priority. Orders ship to the address listed on your Etsy account, so please be sure it is current or alert us to an alternate address. In any case Convo us if you would prefer a certain address and we will be sure to ship to the address you specify.
International orders are shipped First Class International and Flat Rate International, which does not include a tracking number but a customs identification number. Please note that buyers are responsible for customs charges and should a package become lost we will gladly attempt to work out a mutually acceptable solution.

SHIPPING RATES We always ship the least inexpensive way possible and refund for any overpayment of shipping in excess of $1.00.

All payments are processed through PayPal. Please note that credit cards can be cleared through the PayPal service without opening a PayPal account. All Mississippi residents will be charged 7% sales tax.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We will replace items that are damaged or lost in shipping. Please notify us of damage or loss within 10 days domestic or 3 weeks international.
Please be aware that fabric sells out quickly and custom listings should be purchased within 24 hours to insure availability!
