Postage Depends on Weight and Thickness of an Item including Packaging. We do our best to keep postage costs down.
For items Up to 500 grams & up to 20mm thick including packaging we charge $6 for Regular Post For Items over 500grams or over 20mm thick including packaging we charge $9 for Trackable Postage Satchel
Want to be able to watch it come to you? Just add Trackable Satchel in Postage. Total Price of Postage will then upgrade to the $9 Trackable Postage Satchel. Easy.
We will Happily Combine Shipping - Shipping Rates : Up to 500 grams = $9 Postage Satchel with Tracking 501 grams to 3 kilos = $15 3kg to 5 kg = $19 What a bargain.
Please note: We post Monday to Friday ONLY and Never on Public Holidays This is to ensure your package is in an onstreet post box for the shortest time possible.
International Buyers. We would love to ship to you. Postage prices are high unfortunately depending on location. However we happily combine shipping to get you the best bargain for your money. It is cheaper to buy a number of our items and have them posted than to just buy one.
We use Australia Post for all packages. Where possible we use the Aust Post Satchels to ship your item as they can be tracked. International Packages are shipped Registered and Trackable. Any International Customs Fees are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Returns & exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds will only be paid after discussion between the seller and buyer, and after the item has been returned. Buyer is responsible for payment of the return postage. Refunds not possible for Custom Orders
Custom Orders: We love custom orders and are happy to create special items for you. However, given the work involved we prefer payment in advance. We do understand that there are circumstances where this is not possible so if this is a problem do let us know and we can negotiate a suitable arrangement for you. Where special fixings need to be sourced to make your item a deposit to cover these costs will be required but this will be deducted from the final price of the item.
When making a custom order photographs of your item will be sent to you for your approval prior to completion.
Important: Returns are not possible with custom orders due to your participation and approval at every stage of the design and creation of the item.
