IF YOU DON'T APPROVE THE MOCK-UP WITHIN 2 DAYS, WE WILL STITCH THE ITEM OR ENGRAVE THE ITEM AS YOU REQUESTED, AND IF THERE ARE ERRORS IN DATES OR SPELLING WHICH YOUR ORDER HAD OR YOU MIGHT HAVE WANTED ANY CHANGES, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ERRORS OR CHANGES THAT YOU FAILED TO INDICATE BECAUSE YOU FAILED TO APPROVE OR ASK TO CHANGE THE MOCK-UP. This does not cover a shipping upgrade, just the embroidery/engraving process upgrade.
PLEASE NOTE: you MUST check your email and Etsy account within a few hours of purchase so that when we send you a computer-generated mock-up of your purchase(s), you can proofread and approve immediately.
PLEASE LEAVE US YOUR PHONE NUMBER when you check out. We send the mock-up via Etsy convo or email, but many rush customers don't check those often enough, and this holds up production. Getting your phone number will ensure we can contact you quickly.
ALSO NOTE: this does NOT include expedited shipping--your item will be sent via standard or first class mail. To upgrade shipping to priority or overnight, you will need to add that on through the listing of the item(s) you are purchasing, or upgrade the shipping with this listing when you're in your shopping cart checking out.
***IMPORTANT*** Our turnaround time to make and ship your order is contingent upon your timely approval of the mock-up(s) we send you after you place your order. If you do not give us an approval in a timely manner (1-2 days), we most likely will not be able to ship your order on time. You will either receive your order later than you expected, or will have to purchase the rush listing or upgraded shipping. If you provide us with a phone number, we can contact you to expedite matters if you forget to look at your e-mail.
We currently ship to US addresses via USPS First Class shipping. We always provide a tracking number once we've shipped your order. Shipping upgrades are available on most items for priority or overnight shipping. You can do this when you check out. We also offer international shipping. Customer is responsible for any Customs/VAT fees according to customer's home country rules.
A note about shipping--we try our best to calculate correct shipping charges. If it turns out we overestimate the cost (this includes the USPS amount as well as the cost of the box), we will issue a refund of the overpayment. To keep your shipping costs down, we do not include gift boxes. Your item(s) will come in a shipping box with pretty tissue paper.
We currently accept payments through Paypal, as well as Direct Checkout with your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Through Direct Checkout we can also accept Etsy Gift Cards.
Florida customers must pay 7% sales tax on the purchase price.

Additional return information
As our items are customized for you, we cannot accept any refunds or returns. In the highly unlikely event that there is an error on our part (for example, we use the wrong color thread, or we misspell a name), we will issue an exchange at no cost to you.
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order prior to production (i.e. sewing, embroidery), but after we have sent you 1 (one) mock-up, we will cancel the transaction and refund your money EXCEPT for a $5 design fee. It takes time and effort for us to create your designs and mock-ups for you and convo you with the mock-up. If we have sent 2 (two) or more mock-ups and you decide to cancel before embroidery begins, we will refund your money EXCEPT for a $10 design fee, again for the time and effort for us to create multiple mock-ups as well as multiple convos to you. Once production has begun, you will not be able to cancel the order, as we will be unable to resell your item to anyone else.
A note about spelling: please double and triple check any spelling! We cannot be held responsible or liable if we follow your spelling instructions and it turns out you spell a name wrong, or give monogram initials in the wrong order! Thank you for your understanding.

If you would like us to customize something further, contact us and we'll be happy to work on that with you! If we need to charge an additional amount for any reason (for example, to add one of our designs to the Monogrammed Totes we offer), contact us and we'll quote a price.
FOR ALL ORDERS: 1. We copy and paste directly from your notes, so please proof read your notes to seller, as we are not responsible for any missed punctuation, spelling or date errors, or any errors you made in your notes to seller. In fact, that is why we send you a mock-up of your order for your approval. Since these are custom orders, please be on the lookout in your email/convo box for mock-ups. We will send you a mock-up once your order is placed. If we do not hear from you with an approval, we will send you another request. If we still don't hear from you within 48 hours of your order, we will proceed with the order as you requested and will not be held liable if you made any mistakes or changed your mind about something (i.e. thread color, design). 2. If you have not requested personalization, we will contact you to clarify whether or not that was an error on your part. If we don't hear from you, we will send you a second request. If we don't hear from you after 72 hours, we will ship the items as you ordered, without personalization, and if you actually wanted personalization but made the mistake of not ordering it or answering our emails, you will be responsible to ship the items back to us and pay for a new shipping for us to send the items back once we personalize them. 3. For rush orders, if you don't reply to our convo and don't approve the mock-up within 2 business days, we will stitch your order exactly as you ordered it, and if there is anything you would have wanted to change but did not request because you did not answer our convos or emails about the mock-up, you will be responsible and we will not be responsible or liable for following your original instructions. This includes if you accidentally spelled something wrong on the original or gave us the wrong date or information; we won't be liable for these errors.
We will do up to 2 designs/redesigns/mock-ups for you at no charge. If you request additional redesigns and mock-ups for any reason, including but not limited to change of thread color, change of font, change of wording, etc, we will require a $5 design fee for each additional redesign/mock-up. This is due to the time and effort on our part to make design changes, create new mock-ups, and to convo you.
If you do not include information such as thread color, font, design, etc, we will try to get that from you when we send a mock-up. If you do not give us that information, we will assume you will want the same as the sample in the listing you've purchased and do your order in that way, and cannot be held liable or responsible if you wanted something different but did not tell us.
