FAQs

All of the functional pottery, except the Georgia Red Clay (terracotta color), can be put it in the dishwasher, microwave, freezer...even your oven! Just avoid sudden temperature changes, like taking a bowl out of the fridge and putting it in a 350* oven or putting a hot dish into a sink of cold water. This is called "thermal shock" and can shatter your piece. Pieces used in your oven should always be placed in a cold oven so they can gradually heat along with the oven. With just a little extra care, stoneware is very durable and should last for years.

If you would like to return something , you may return it for a full refund (not including shipping charges). I must be notified within 3 days and the item should be shipped back within 7 days. In the case of all returns you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Please return in original package as to keep the pottery protected. Please purchase insurance for returns. Your money will be refunded once the piece safely arrives, unbroken. I do my best to provide a product you will enjoy, so please contact me to discuss any issues.

Keep in mind that the colors you see on your device screen may differ slightly from phone to computer to ipad etc. Everything I make is uniquely handmade one at a time. Due to the nature of handmade goods slight variations do occur. Each glaze batch and each kiln firing also create slightly different color results as well. If you are interested in a set of something, please custom order it and it will all be thrown, glazed and fired together assuring best consistency. Also, sizes are approximate. I do my best to create pieces to your specifications, but several variables cause shrinkage rates to vary slightly during the drying/firing processes.

Absolutely! To save on shipping, I'm happy to meet you for delivery if you live close by. If you are further away, there may be a delivery fee or you may opt to ship. Let's discuss! :)
