This folder features 2 additional pockets along the back that are great for stashing all sorts of things you want to keep handy, but maybe not right front and center: boarding passes, tickets, stickers, a bit of extra cash....quite a handy option!
I will ship your order to the address provided through the ordering process, so please make sure your Etsy and Paypal shipping addresses are correct before ordering to ensure accurate delivery. If a package becomes lost or is undeliverable due to an inaccurate shipping address, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to repurchase shipping of the package.
Hey, sometimes this happens. I use the USPS for the vast majority of the shipping, and there are occasions where packages are delayed, misdirected, or just plain disappear. I use tracking services to help both the seller and the buyer keep an eye on an order's progress, but if a package seems like it's seeing the country with no clear sign it's moving in the right direction (or moving at all), I will work with the Postal Service to locate the order. As long as the order is something I can reproduce, I will work to make a replacement once it has been determined that the original shipment will not make it to you. If the order can not be reproduced and sufficient time has passed to determine that the original shipment will not arrive to the address provided, I will offer the buyer an alternative or a refund.
DOMESTIC PACKAGES (shipping within the USA)
I offer shipping within the United States through USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the weight of the item. If you would like me to use another carrier or have additional services you would like added to your order, such as additional insurance, please message me before your purchase and I'll get a quote for the additional cost right away. I use Etsy's calculated shipping service for most of the items, so it's possible for the buyer to choose the level of shipping service desired. Please note that this does not effect the production times.....expedited shipping does not mean expedited production.
INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES (shipping outside the USA)
International packages are shipped through USPS First Class Mail. Tracking is available to some international destinations, but if you are unsure, please ask and I'll find out for you. Please contact me if you would like insurance on your package. Packages usually arrive in 2-3 weeks but there are no guarantees. I cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments due to international shipping issues. Please reference the section above concerning lost packages for policies pertaining to these issues.
Any and all customs fees or additional taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please be aware that international orders may get temporarily held up in Customs. Check with your country's customs department for details if you are unsure of the process. You need to be aware that your own country's customs service may impose a range of import fees, taxes, tariffs, duties at the time of delivery.

I accept a variety of payment options, and all order payments must clear before shipment. Sales tax will be charged on orders shipped to Indiana.
Returns & exchanges
I work extremely hard to deliver only the highest quality handmade goods right to you, but I know that some things just don't work out. Please let me know within 3 days of receipt of your order about any issues you may have. Contact me first before shipping a package back so that I know to expect it. Items must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of delivery in order to qualify for a refund. Shipping charges are not eligible for a refund, only the purchase price of the order. No refunds will be accepted after 7 days from receipt of the item, unless there is a manufacturing flaw, in which case we will work with you to make the item problem-free. Photos of the damage/problem may be requested. We cannot assume the cost for return shipping of any item, unless is it due to a packaging or manufacturing problem. Any domestic package being shipped back for a refund must have tracking purchased and the tracking number forwarded to me in order to keep up with the shipping progress. All personalized or custom orders are final and are not eligible for a refund, but I will work with you throughout the design process before payment to make sure you are getting the item you want. Wholesale orders are considered custom orders.
