All our orders are normally shipped within 24 hours.
International orders: Please note that Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that various countries may charge. We cover the cost of shipping to your country only. Please allow 2-8 weeks for delivery of your order. Most orders are delivered within 2 weeks. The postal service ask us to allow 8 weeks so please be patient as we allow your order time to arrive.

Returns & exchanges
Ways to prevent returns: Please notice the size of our items and realize that colors can vary on monitors. We suggest ordering a sample to make sure the applique matches your project.
At Glory’s House we are confident that you will be completely satisfied with the quality of the items that you purchase. We do our best to describe every item as carefully as we can. However if for Any reason you are not satisfied with your order you may return your order within 14 days of purchase for a Merchandise Credit with no restocking fee. We do not issue refunds on returned orders unless approved by management. We do not except exchanges however you can use your merchandise credit to purchase any other items you would like to exchange for.
After we receive your order back we will issue you a merchandise credit coupon code that will be sent to you through email.
Because of the time involved in packing the type of items we sale we have changed our policies. Much time is spent examining our items for any defects or missing stones before they are shipped. All orders must pass a very detailed inspection.
We do understand that many of our customers like to buy several appliques to choose the perfect one for a special wedding gown or accessory. Issuing Merchandise credits make it possible for us to offer this kind of service without having to raise our prices to cover this expense. It is our goal to keep our prices as low as we can for everyone.
All Returns must have an order number included.
Please include a copy of your invoice with the return.
If you do not have a copy of your invoice include the exact name on the order and let us know which store you purchased from to help us locate your order.
Please put your order number on the outside of your package.
Our Restocking Fees are as follows:
Store credits ~ No restocking fee. Minus shipping.
We no longer except Returns for Refund unless approved by Management.
Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.
All items need to be returned in the condition they were received.
We can not be responsible for any lost or damaged returns in transit.
Cut Trims, special orders or reduced remnant items do not qualify for returns.
We ask that you please examine your order as soon as it arrives for any missing or defective items. If you find that there is a problem with your order please contact us by email within 14 days of purchase. We will take care of any problems with your order and bring them to your satisfaction.

We can not issue a merchandise credit without an order number or the exact name on the order. We must be able to locate your order before we can issue the credit. Please include this with your return.
