We ship First class or priority USPS.

Insurance costs will be added to shipping of items over $50.

Ready-made items will be shipped within 1 week of confirmed payment.

Custom-made items require 2 to 3 weeks for construction of the item, and then will be mailed. Please understand that when we place the item into the mail system for shippin, we cannot control when they will deliver.

If you require express shipping, or confirmation, please email for details.

Multiple items may be eligible for combined shipping.

Shipping cost will be determined by number and bulk of items in shipment.

Payments

We accept Paypal and all Etsy payment methods.

We are located in Alabama and are required by Alabama law to collect tax on all items sold to residents of Alabama.

If an item does not fit , we will work with you. However, if an item must be returned, it must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving the item.
We do use tracking numbers for all items so that both we and the customer can track progress of the package.

Orders requested before the stated construction time will be subject to a Rush Order fee.

Returns & exchanges

Hair tie, hair bows, custom orders, fabric, lace, and trim sales are final and may not be returned.

We do strive to please our customers and want you to be happy with your purchase. However, custom orders and personalized items cannot be returned, and no money will be refunded for these. (Customized items are outfits specifically requested by the customer to be made by a certain pattern, similar to a picture, to certain measurements etc). Personalized items are those with monograms, name, or initials. Monogrammed or personalized items may not be returned, and there will be no refund on these. The customer is responsible for providing the correct initials for monogram. Please note: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIFFERENCES IN COLOR DUE TO COMPUTER MONITORS.

Each item we make is a one-of-a-kind. There will most likely be minor variances from the sample item shown in the picture.

Not responsible for items damaged by shipping or the time the postal service takes in delivering the item. Once we place the item in the postal system, we have NO control over how long they take to deliver it.

Items are constructed by patterns of standard size.
