Brilliant crystal shades of bright sunshine yellow, sky blue and true red teardrops, 12x8mm and AB teardrops, 18x12mm, 15” strings, new beads. You’re summer accessories will sparkle with these lovely beads. This is the first time I’ve tried this so hopefully it works. Please select color and quantity before you check out. Hopefully it will charge you the correct shipping. If not, complete payment and I will refund shipping overages based on weight. If this doesn’t work, please tell me so I can figure out how to fix it.

NOTE: USPS has recently raised shipping rates quite a bit. Because this is such a small business for me unfortunately I must also raise costs. I will continue to ship at the lowest rate possible and explore options for less expensive, but equally reliable alternatives. I can also arrange for local pick up when possible.

if you would like expedited shipping please contact me before completing payment so I can adjust the cost. Shipping for small flat rate is $7.50 for both box and envelope. A lot of things fit in a small box. International flat rate is $35.00...

Please understand that shipping costs include packaging, bubble wrap and printing, as well as the cost of postage and handling. Any item over $100 will have insurance included in the shipping costs. If you do not want to pay the extra $1–2, I cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. This is a new policy because of a customer I think scammed me and it wound up costing me $175. because it wasn't insured. Tracking numbers are always provided. I will combine shipment by weight or flat rate box on multiple purchases. Please request invoice before making payment for more than one item. On larger items I will use the most cost effective shipping. Please ask before purchasing so I can have time to compare costs with the different services for your location.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (outside the continental U.S., that means Alaska and Hawaii). I will ship internationally. Please contact me and we can decide the best method of shipment to your location. I require signature on all international shipments over $100.00. This cost is $14.99 in addition to the shipping costs. All shipments to Italy require signature regardless of the value because your mail service stinks. 😀 If you would like me to ship without registration, I cannot be responsible for items lost. You are responsible for any taxes or duty charges imposed by your country. I retain the right to deny shipment to areas where political or situational activities may disrupt delivery.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I want to just say of course I take returns but because I've had people take advantage of that policy so I have a few ground rules now. Short answer is talk to me. I'm not an unreasonable person if your not. Returns must be requested within 3 days of receipt.

1. If a package arrives damaged, please photograph BEFORE you open it in case the item inside is damaged. Take photos of the damaged item. This covers you. Do this right away, then contact me.

2. Convo me within 3 days if you want to return an item that's not damaged. We can discuss it. I want you to be happy, I want you to come back, and I want you to tell your friends to check me out. Whatever the issue is, I'm sure we can work it out. Don't worry. Talk to me.

Note: Gift policy. Sometimes you buy something for someone else and they don't like it. We've all had gifts that weren't right. Maybe you bought it a month ahead of time. Just let me know so I can keep track. Talk to me.

3. Unless I've totally blown the description or mislead you about what you're getting, size, quality, materials, and I am not an expert on anything, the buyer must pay shipping both ways. This is a really small business for me and I really need the money for my mothers care. I don't get shipping costs back because you changed your mind. I will refund the cost of the item, minus 15% restocking fee.

4. If we agree to a lay-away and you lived up to your end of the deal, I will take a return but because the item was off the market and someone else may have bought it, restocking fee is 20%. I will refund the difference.

7. Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Please be sure to provide tracking for the return, that covers you and you'll know I've received it.

Additional policies

I am the only person doing everything with this shop. Gio is terribly cute, cuddly and affectionate, as is his playmate Gabby, but not especially helpful, unless I want kisses and snuggles. Sometimes I get behind because of mom. Please understand. I will always do my best to provide top notch customer service and keep you informed if there is a delay.
