Item details

Having a place to keep your needle safe while you are working is really helpful. Whether you need to get up, take a break, or just move things around, place your needle on this needle minder and the magnet will hold the needle for you.

This needle minder features a pink heart with gold trim and a gold arrow going through the heart. It says 'cupid is stupid' in gold and there are some red wings on either side of the 'is' in the heart. It is made from a pinback. The pin has been removed. The pinback itself is about 1.25” wide and 1" tall. The magnet on the back of the pinback is 1/2” wide and the magnet that you place on the backside of your fabric is almost 1/2” wide.

This needle minder does not come with a needle, this listing is just for the needle minder itself.

Magnets can also attract dirt/dust if they are left out. Be sure to wipe clean both magnets before putting them on your fabric to avoid getting your fabric dirty.

This needle minder has been tested to hold a standard size 24 embroidery needle with two strands of thread upside down without the needle falling off. Larger needles, long/many pieces of thread, or lots of shaking/moving around while the needle in on the needle minder may cause it to not stay magnetized.

Thanks for looking.

FAQs

I can do custom orders depending on what they are. Please message me for more information and to discuss a price and timeline.

Maybe. Send me a message with which item you would like stitched out. Depending on my work schedule and if I am already working on a custom order I may be able to stitch an item out for you. Please keep in mind that cross stitch isn't a fast craft. Even smaller pieces can take several hours of work over several days.

You will need 14 count Aida fabric (most common size used), floss, a needle (preferable a tapestry needle which has a blunt end), an embroidery hoop or frame to hold your fabric while you work, and scissors.
