For most orders: production times are between 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) from receipt of payment. Once shipped you should allow 3-5 business days for delivery within the U.S. I ship via USPS Priority Mail and occasionally UPS (unless otherwise noted in the listing). Your package will be sent to your PayPal confirmed address, please make sure it is current! If you are using a P.O. Box please include your phone number.

Insurance coverage is not included in shipping cost. If you would like insurance please let me know before completing your sale. Your insured item will ship via UPS and a revised bill will be sent prior to your payment.
I accept secure payment via PayPal (You do NOT need a PayPal account - you can check out as a guest!) and Etsy Direct Checkout. If you are paying by an e-check on Paypal, please be aware that it takes a few days for the payment to clear and your order will be held until it clears.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Great care is taken in packaging your goodies. Damage during shipping is rare but can occur if mishandled by the USPS or UPS. While I cannot be responsible for what happens once the package leaves my caring hands, I do want to be sure you receive the item you pay for! If something arrives damaged, I ask that you just have the courtesy to allow me to fix it for you before jumping to leave negative feedback for something beyond my control. I WILL WORK WITH YOU!! I am flexible and understanding, open up the lines of communication, we can come up with an amiable solution.
I want you to be a happy client - email a photo of damaged goods within 48 hours of receipt and we'll work out a compromise! *Yay!* If it is delivered (delivery confirmation is trackable), and your neighbor swipes it, I can't control that! *yikes!* If you have concerns about receiving your item, I can switch your delivery address, but you MUST let me know in advance (I will always ship to the confirmed PayPal address on file by default!)
I do NOT offer refunds for Customized Work ONLY a replacement if there is damage that occurred in shipping. You will need to take a photograph of the damage and send to me so that I know what may have gone wrong in shipping.
I WILL accept returns of undamaged/unopened standard goods within 5 days of package receipt for a refund of purchase price minus shipping costs. Returns must be received within 7 days of correspondence about a return. Refund amount will be based on the condition of the item once inspected upon return. It is important to package return items to ensure shipping damage does not occur on return - if an item is not fit for full resale value, then your refund will be adjusted to constitute a discount item sale.
