Please make sure you have your address typed correctly. If you want us to send your order to a different address, be sure to send a convo/message immediately following the order. Otherwise, there will be no reshipment of the orders if it's shipped to the wrong or old address.
USPS may now be charging shipping cost for returned items. So, if the wrong address was provided causing a package to return, buyer will be responsible for the return postage cost reimbursement that would be charged by USPS. Buyer will also be responsible for resending shipping charge if resend is requested. Therefore PLEASE make sure the shipping address is correct or you may end up paying for shipping charges 3 times!!!
IMPORTANT! Packages are NOT sent with a tracking number or with insurance in the listed shipping rate. If you would like your package to be traceable or to travel by Registered Mail, please contact me. Please keep in mind that registered mail by US postal service will add extra $13.50 to your shipping. I can create a special listing for you if you would prefer your package to travel to you in this way. We are also happy to ship your package via UPS, or FEDEX (with extra cost or use your own account, if you have one), if this is the way you prefer. Just let us know.
***unclaimed and returned packages will not be resent - refund will be made ONLY if a package is returned minus postage fees. If resend is requested, additional postage must be paid for the additional postage fees. Though this rarely happens, but there is NO REPLACEMENT if the package is lost in the mail---no one likes it, but it's very much beyond our control.***
SHIPPING within THE US:
Items usually shipped within 2 - 3 BUSINESS DAYS after confirmation of payment. NO WEEKEND shipments or on BAD WEATHER days such as bad storm and freeze. Shipping will be through USPS first-class mail. This is the most inexpensive way to ship, in most cases, delivery will take 5-7 BUSINESS days within the US. There is NO insurance or TRACKING NUMBER in the listed shipping rate If you wish to add Insurance, Certificate of Mailing, Certified Mail, or Delivery Confirmation, please contact for additional cost and note it during payment transaction. INTERNATIONAL Shipping:
International orders shipped using USPS first-class mail international. This is the most inexpensive way to ship, in most cases, delivery will take 15 - 20 BUSINESS DAYS after day of shipping but can take longer (30 to 45 business days, such as South America and Middle East) due to customs clearance. No weekend deliver or on bad weather days. Please check that the item you order will have no issue going through customs. We are not responsible for any items stuck at customs. Buyer pays for any customs/duties/VAT tax/Local Tax if necessary.
