A Gorgeous 1940s evening dress, with a pointed waistline at front bodice. There are two bodice options, a fitted one with straps and two bows, or a center gathered, modified sweet heart with small pouf sleeves. Think of the many variations you could make with this pattern and some luscious fabrics!
Per the pattern envelope: "The skirt is seamed down the center front and back and gathered along the entire upper edge. In Style I, the bodice is fitted with darts and a fold is joined to the upper edge. It has narrow shoulder straps and is trimmed with tow large bows. In Style II, the bodice has a gathered center front seam and the back waistline is fitted with darts. The low cut neckline is shaped in front and back and the dress is finished with lantern sleeves.
