This fabric sample book has many possibilities for quilting, paper-piecing, and crafts. There are seventy-one (71) 100% cotton fabric samples obtained from a high-end interior design studio. Last priced in June of 1992 at $102.00 per yard, they are a lovely rainbow of soft graduated colors in a tightly woven design (called Jacquard). From a fabric company named Jab, the name of the line is Polo Spectra. Each reversible piece would be 4” x 5” and larger if you can figure out how to remove the glued on labels. I will cut off the labels and discard the heavy book cover for shipping if you desire. It is priced for shipping that way.
I envision a bargello quilt or pillow – or a center feature block with other fabrics around them for a quilt or throw. Many designs come to mind, but although I would love to create something with them, it would be best to pass it along to someone with a better imagination than mine. I did see a pattern the other day that would be perfect for it – four patch block in four colors with a white sashing strips between.
Please save this from the garbage bin, and help me clean out my stash!!
