All items will be sent with signed for, and depending on location they will also be tracked.
Customers in the UK, your item will be sent first class and will need to be signed for. We do offer next day delivery, please select this at checkout, this is only guaranteed on orders placed before GMT 3.30pm.
International orders. Items sent overseas may be subject to import duty, local taxes, etc. These are the responsibility of the buyer. We must clearly mark parcels as being merchandise, and state the price paid on any customs declarations.
For the non-receipt of items, we will need to be informed within 14 days of the item being sent, Just Vintage Clothing Co will then chase the item with the courier and decide upon a course of action, based on the case. In the case of non-collection on behalf of the customer, resorting in the item being returned to us or destroyed by the postal service a refund will not be issued.
International orders can be upgraded for faster shipping, please select at checkout, or send us a message and we will endeavour to help. Again, please be aware that orders placed after GMT 3.30pm will be dispatched the next day.
We accept payment in full and will not be able to reserve or hold items online.
All import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Due to the nature of Vintage please ensue you check the listing very carefully before purchase, including images, as refunds will not be made due to a detail that is shown clearly in the image or description being missed by the consumer.
We do accept returns, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your item of you wish to return it. We will only refund the cost of the item, not the shipping. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and the item must be sent tracked. A refund will be issued once the item is returned to us in the condition it was sent out. Items where we are not contacted prior to being sent or contacting us after 14 will not be refunded.
Please do contact us before returning anything, as where possible we would like to resolve the issue prior to it being returned.
