Shipments are made via USPS First Class carefully packaged in a bubble envelope or a box if needed. You will be notified once your order has shipped. Please contact me if you have not received your shipment within ten days of notification. You are welcome to purchase an upgrade to Priority mail.
I operate a one person shop so please allow normally up to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) for your order to be completed and shipped. Orders are processed and shipped on a first in, first out basis. During times of heavy business, orders can take longer than average to process. Please be assured that I am working as quickly as possible on your behalf. If you have a deadline that you are working on, please be sure to communicate that with me and I will happily pay special attention to your order.
Michigan residents please add 6% sales tax.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: I am happy to ship internationally. Due the new postal rates that have recently come into effect, please contact me prior to purchase so that I can give you exact shipping charges within a reserved listing made special for you.
Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees imposed upon you by your country.
Payment is to be made in US Funds within seven days of purchasing product. I accept Paypal and Credit Cards.
Returns & exchanges
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your produce, please contact me so that I may work with you to a mutual resolution.
Refunds will not be given for products that have been delivered to you as substantiated by a tracking # but you claim as not received (ie. stolen, misplaced, etc). It is your responsibility as a buyer to provide a secure location for receipt of your packages.
International Buyers: When your order is shipped, an international customs number is given. Once it leaves US Customs, it may or may not be tracked further depending upon your countries policies. Refunds will not be provided for an item once it has left our US Borders.

Students, please check with your instructor to see if they have set up a student discount with us. If not, have them contact us and we will happily create one.
